Job description

Roadshow Lead Generator

Earn on average $30-35/hour as a Roadshow Lead Generator with Collins Comfort Masters in the East Valley!

As a member of the field retail team, our Roadshow Lead Generators are responsible for managing the "Roadshows" within our partner Costco locations. Collins Comfort Masters and Costco work in partnership to provide Costco customers with options for residential Heating and Cooling Replacement, Tune up and Indoor Air Quality Services as well as Water Purification R/O Systems, Softeners and Refiners.

You will visit a different location week by week engaging heavily with customers through open & friendly dialogue about the products & services Collins Comfort offers. The goal is to schedule customers for in-home sales appointments, later performed by our sales experts. You will be required to set up and tear down each Roadshow - the bigger kiosks are housed at each location, while the Roadshow Lead Generator will be responsible for traveling with smaller items to each location (reliable transportation is a must).

This is a full-time position that requires weekends! The schedule is Thursday-Sunday each week. Weekday hours are 9am 8:30pm; Saturday 9:00am 7pm; Sunday 9am 6pm. Enjoy 3 consecutive weekdays off! (Must be 18 years or older).

This opportunity will require you to work on-site in a Costco retail warehouse in the following locations (You will need to work in the East Valley):

  • Queen Creek: Ellsworth & Rittenhouse
  • Mesa: Sossaman and US-60
  • Chandler: Loop 101 & S 202
  • Mesa/Gilbert: Country Club & Baseline
  • Tempe: Elliot & Priest
  • Phoenix: 44th St & Thomas

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's business image with our partners
  • Responsible for transporting some roadshow equipment which includes banners, folding table, and some other items.
  • Maintain and utilize the Kiosk / Display within the retail stores to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC or Water Purification products and services
  • Initiate communication with prospective customers, greeting & engaging in informative / investigate conversation & schedule a sales appointment
  • Educate and build awareness about the HVAC & Water Purification programs for customers and store employees
  • Achieve specified position KPIs and goals
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
