Registered Nurse Supervisor

Salary Range $40-$45/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Weekend Only RN Supervisor team at Harmony Care at Giddings. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring exceptional service in a warm and inviting environment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure that all clinical standards are met
• Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses and other healthcare staff
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Coordinate patient transfer and discharge processes
