BridgePort Financial Solutions is seeking a talented Client Services Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting financial advisors and their clients with exceptional service and operational excellence. As a Client Services Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing workflows, improving communication, and fostering relationships with financial advisors and clients. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding client support.

Master Tools and Processes:

  • Expand your expertise in Orion financial software applications to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Understand and effectively communicate policies and procedures, including custodial firm guidelines (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing).

Deliver Exceptional Service:

  • Provide courteous and professional support through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions.

  • Problem-solve incoming requests and collaborate with teams to resolve issues promptly.

Ensure Accuracy and Compliance:

  • Review workflows and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assemble, process, and manage account paperwork while maintaining up-to-date client information in financial systems.

  • Handle account openings, transfers, cash management, and other transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Foster Relationships and Engagement:

  • Prepare professional correspondence and documents to support advisors and clients.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and coordinate client appreciation events to strengthen relationships.

Innovate and Improve:

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts, contributing ideas to enhance daily processes and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate would have an intermediate level of experience, typically 4+ years inan operational or advisor support role, preferably within the RIA or financial services industry.

What You Bring:

  • A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Experience with RedTail CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms

  • A team-oriented attitude and a knack for problem-solving.

  • 4+ years of financial services experience

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience in RIA operations

  • Hands-on experience with Orion financial software or similar systems, with a commitment to learning and growing technical expertise.

  • Familiarity with custodian policies and procedures, including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.

Location: Boxborough, MA, Phoenix, AZ, or Fairfield, IA

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 salary. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
