Essential Duties and Tasks
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Safely sets up, operates, and monitors rewinder machinery and equipment as intended and needed to meet customer and production goals.
  • Completes rewinder machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
  • Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work-in-progress regulations.
  • Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.

Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • HS/GED required
  • Able to work Monday - Thursday 10 hrs.
  • 2-4 years experience in a related field experience in a related field required.
  • Experience reading and recording measurements.
  • This position has no leadership duties.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
