As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Elizabeth. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s functional limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engaging in effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
• Implementing treatment sessions that incorporate physical therapy techniques tailored to each patient’s specific conditions.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Maintaining compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and professional documentation standards.

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong computer skills.

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with patients who have orthopedic or neurological disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient patient documentation.
• Experience in community outreach or patient education initiatives.
