Job description

Owner's Representative

Revive's projects succeed or fail at the point where planning turns into execution. The Owner's Representative role exists to ensure that construction projects are delivered with discipline, clarity, and accountabilityfrom ground breaking through completionwhile protecting customer experience and Company standards. As an Owner's Representative, you are entrusted with overseeing critical construction outcomes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and exercising judgment on matters that directly impact timelines, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction. This role is essential to scaling Revive's construction operations while maintaining a high bar for execution and customer trust.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the Company's primary representative overseeing assigned construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing project scope, sequencing, timelines, and issue resolution in alignment with Company standards
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project execution
  • Monitor construction progress against approved scope, schedule, and budget, and proactively identify risks, delays, or deviations
  • Make field-level decisions and recommendations to resolve construction issues and keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure required permits, inspections, approvals, and regulatory requirements are obtained and documented
  • Review and confirm achievement of key project milestones, including ground-breaking readiness and phase completions
  • Own the customer experience for assigned projects by proactively managing communication, setting expectations, and addressing issues that impact satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for construction-related client communications, balancing customer needs with project constraints and Company standards
  • Support resolution of change requests, field conditions, and construction-related disputes in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, photos, and tracking records in Company systems
  • Represent the Company professionally and authoritatively on job sites and in all interactions with customers, contractors, and partners
Who You Are
  • A construction professional who takes ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Comfortable exercising judgment and making decisions in fast-moving, real-world construction environments
  • Clear, professional communicator with homeowners, contractors, inspectors, and internal teams
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to de-escalate stressful situations and manage competing interests
  • Organized, disciplined, and reliable in tracking progress, documentation, and follow-through
  • Calm under pressure and capable of resolving issues without unnecessary escalation
  • Collaborative by nature, while confident taking the lead when accountability is required
  • Motivated by delivering high-quality work and positive customer experiences
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or remodeling environments
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing renovation or construction projects from start to finish
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 810 at a time)
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing, permitting, inspections, and contractor coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, schedules, and construction documentation
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, documentation systems, or construction management software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to active job sites as required
About Revive Real Estate

Revive is a venture-backed proptech company built on the belief that the future starts at home. While most people see renovation as a project, we built it as a path to real wealth for homeowners. By connecting renovation with financing and selling, we create new ways to buy, sell, and unlock value, giving homeowners real control over their biggest asset.

At Revive, ownership is real and impact is visible. We move fast, challenge broken systems, and hold a high bar for clarity and outcomes. If you want to work on problems that matter and see your work translate into real-world change, this is where you will do your best work.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary & benefits in a high-growth, VC-backed company
  • Real ownership, clear accountability, and the authority to make decisions that matter
  • Direct working relationships with Revive's founders and senior leaders on initiatives that shape how the company grows
  • The opportunity to design and build in a company where craft, clarity, and outcomes are valued
  • A fast-moving environment where strong work leads to more responsibility and more opportunity
  • Flexibility in how and where you work, paired with high expectations for impact
  • A culture that values contribution, judgment, and follow-through over titles or tenure

Revive is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on contribution, capability, and alignment with how we work.
