• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with new clients while evaluating their mental health needs and concerns.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique dynamics of each client and family.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and summaries of sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Assist in developing community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and availability of preventive mental health services within the community.
• Provide specialized program coordination and management within the Behavioral Health Department, enhancing therapeutic offerings to address emerging mental health trends.
• Support clients through crisis situations by implementing effective crisis management techniques and interventions.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Revive, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and trauma. Our approach values the uniqueness of each client, encouraging culturally responsive practices that respect and affirm their backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a LMFT, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in best practices for mental health evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy.
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate therapeutic goals and collaborate with team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing crisis management and mental health services is essential.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver virtual therapy is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral processes fosters stronger client support.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
