Revive Motion Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team located in Paterson, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services to our diverse patient population. This full-time position is based onsite, primarily in a home care setting where you will interact directly with patients in their residences. As a Physical Therapist at Revive Motion Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s unique health needs and disabilities.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals.
• Providing ongoing evaluations and re-assessments to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive patient support.
• Educating patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes.
• Supervising and mentoring physical therapy aides and students, ensuring a high standard of practice as they support your interventions.
• Participating in departmental leadership initiatives such as quality improvement, marketing strategies, and program development.

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are considered advantageous:

• Previous experience working in a home care setting.
• Exposure to interdisciplinary team environments that enhance treatment methodologies.
• Knowledge of current practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
