• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, emphasizing early intervention and same-day evaluations.
• Manage clinical outcomes by reviewing treatment progress and effectively addressing outlier cases alongside staff therapists.
• Facilitate efficient clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, manage referrals, and coordinate scheduling for timely treatments.
• Create an environment of collaboration and professional integrity by engaging with colleagues to promote teamwork and prioritize patient safety.
• Work closely with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and enhance service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and insurance payers through regular coordination and communication.

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Mobility Therapy, you will engage with a diverse patient population, ranging from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries to individuals with chronic illnesses and neurological disorders. You will play a vital role in assessing their needs, implementing treatment plans, and empowering them to achieve their rehabilitation goals. • Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on building relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address patient care challenges effectively.
• A genuine passion for enhancing patient quality of life and improving therapeutic outcomes.

• Relevant experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including post-operative and neurological cases.
