Flex Revive Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Bridgeport, Connecticut. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating our patients' journey toward recovery and optimal physical performance. Flex Revive Solutions is a premier outpatient physical therapy facility known for its commitment to high-quality patient care. Our state-of-the-art facility spans over 5000 square feet and caters to athletes and active individuals who require specialized physical therapy and rehabilitation services. We emphasize a patient-centered approach and collaborate with private health insurance providers to ensure that our services are accessible and affordable.

Our Bridgeport office provides an engaging and collaborative work environment where you will be part of a close-knit team consisting of two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technology and treatment modalities, allowing you to offer comprehensive care to our patients. You will work full-time, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

• Assess and address the individual needs and recovery goals of each patient through personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality care and attention to detail.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote rapid recovery.
• Develop targeted fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs and capabilities.
• Encourage patients throughout their treatment process, inspiring them to achieve their personal best.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment strategies.
• Track and analyze patient progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Record all patient interactions, treatment services, and progress in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options and effective pain management strategies to reduce reliance on prescription medications.

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient record management.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in developing innovative treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices are highly valued.
• Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is a plus.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
