• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapies and cognitive behavioral techniques, to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, enabling seamless care continuity.

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and familiarity with best practices in clinical social work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred, particularly with diverse populations or specific treatment modalities.
