Relationship Revive Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team as a full-time practitioner. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Relationship Revive Therapy, you will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments with clients, both individually and together, ensuring an understanding of their history and concerns.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific family dynamics and mental health challenges.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and emotional healing.
  • Engage in family counseling to support issues such as separation, divorce, grief, blended family challenges, and substance abuse.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster positive changes and outcomes for your clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, strategies, and collaborative support for ongoing professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing family conflicts, psychological trauma, and life transitions. Special focus areas will include:

  • Alcohol and substance abuse
  • Grief and loss
  • Interpersonal family conflicts
  • Separation and divorce adjustment
  • Communication barriers among family members
  • Psychological and physical abuse recovery
  • Stress management related to work and medical issues
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining clinical excellence and providing compassionate care to clients and their families.
Preferred Experience
