Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LMFT, you will undertake various responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough assessments with individuals, couples, and families, identifying key issues and developing tailored treatment plans to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, while also providing individual therapy to family members, helping them explore personal challenges within the family context.
• Specializing in addressing a broad spectrum of concerns, including alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and the dynamics of blended families.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and family systems therapy, to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Relationship Revive Therapy will focus on a diverse client population, including couples and families from various backgrounds facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
• Effects of grief and loss.
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members or cohabiting individuals.
• Adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.
• Communication breakdowns between parents and children or among siblings.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences will be highly regarded in applicants:

• Demonstrating successful experience working in clinical settings with couples and families.

Compensation and Benefits

Relationship Revive Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
