Growth Revive Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our compassionate team in a full-time capacity. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, stabilizing their immediate concerns and determining the appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that encompass various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and supportive counseling.
• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, offering ongoing support and strategies designed to address their mental health challenges effectively.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing a collaborative environment for shared experiences and collective healing.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or primary care physicians, to ensure holistic treatment approaches and referrals as needed.
• Stay informed of best practices in mental health treatment and participate in regular continuing education to enhance your clinical skills.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, which includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your role is not only to provide therapeutic support but also to empower clients with strategies that foster resilience and promote overall mental health well-being.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• A minimum of four years of relevant mental health counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methods, and cultural competencies essential for effective therapy.
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, employing culturally sensitive practices to address clients' unique needs.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage challenging client situations with professionalism and calm.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation and patient management.
