Revive Motion Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time position focuses on providing in-home therapy to clients, with the aim of improving their physical function and overall well-being. This role is primarily onsite, where you will conduct therapy sessions directly in clients' homes throughout the Dallas area. You will work standard weekday hours, from Monday to Friday, which promotes a healthy work-life balance.

• Direct physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disability and relieving pain, while helping to develop, improve, and restore muscle function based on clients' individual care plans.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure therapeutic exercises and care plans are accurately implemented.
• Conduct assessments using diagnostic tests to evaluate the clients' muscle, nerve, and joint functions, and track their progress over time.
• Analyze clients' home environments and recommend modifications to enhance mobility and independence.
• Administer manual therapies, including traction and massage, while training clients in self-management and preventive strategies.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively plan and review comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Prepare clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Advocate for clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge on rehabilitation and resources for continued care.

The patients you will work with at Revive Motion Clinic vary in age and conditions, reflecting the diverse range of individuals needing home healthcare. You will assist clients recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and other debilitating conditions. Our focus is on personalized, compassionate care that respects the dignity and autonomy of our clients, allowing them to participate actively in their rehabilitation journey.

• A degree from an accredited physical therapy program is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or acute care.
• Valid and current PT licensure in Texas, maintaining good standing.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information.
• Knowledge of implementing evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Background in assessing and fitting orthotic and prosthetic devices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
