This role is primarily onsite, where you will conduct therapy sessions directly in clients' homes throughout the Dallas area. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disability and relieving pain, while helping to develop, improve, and restore muscle function based on clients' individual care plans.
  • Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure therapeutic exercises and care plans are accurately implemented.
  • Conduct assessments using diagnostic tests to evaluate the clients' muscle, nerve, and joint functions, and track their progress over time.
  • Analyze clients' home environments and recommend modifications to enhance mobility and independence.
  • Administer manual therapies, including traction and massage, while training clients in self-management and preventive strategies.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively plan and review comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Prepare clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Advocate for clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge on rehabilitation and resources for continued care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
