As a Physical Therapist at Heal and Revive, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities using current physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and collaborating with patients' caregivers to promote understanding and adherence to therapy protocols.
• Administering evidence-based therapies to various patient populations including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, ensuring tailored approaches for all.
• Maintaining precise and thorough patient documentation while adhering to regulatory and facility standards to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
• Engaging actively in interdisciplinary communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff to articulate patient needs, abilities, and therapeutic goals clearly.
• Overseeing the quality of services provided by physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met consistently.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and assisting in operational management, such as scheduling and resource allocation within the department.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practice.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current state Physical Therapist license.

• A clinical background with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating proficiency in physical therapy practices.

While required qualifications provide a foundation, we prefer candidates who have:

• Experience working with a variety of patient populations, particularly with specific needs such as orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitative conditions.
• Demonstrated skills in manual therapy techniques and understanding of physical therapy modalities and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, standing, and assisting patients during therapeutic exercises, indicating strong physical capabilities to support patient care.
