As a Physical Therapist at Revive Physical Therapy, you will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals who share a common goal of promoting optimal recovery and health for our patients. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, movement patterns, and functional abilities, using both standardized testing and clinical observation.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, personalizing interventions to address patients’ specific goals and challenges.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, increase mobility, and restore functionality.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, injury prevention, and self-management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and document clinical outcomes to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records while complying with legal and ethical standards in documentation and confidentiality.

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse range of patients, including those experiencing back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint pain from conditions such as osteoarthritis, as well as balance and gait deficits. Boasting strong interdisciplinary communication, you'll be essential in guiding patients of all ages towards improved health and functional independence.

• Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is required.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in various treatment techniques and modalities relevant to outpatient therapy.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient conditions and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.

We prefer candidates with hands-on experience in outpatient settings, demonstrating proficiency in managing a diverse array of patient conditions. Experience in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with advanced physical therapy technologies will be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
