About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead compilation and review engagements for privately held businesses across a variety of industries. This role is ideal for a public accounting professional who enjoys client interaction, staff development, and providing high-quality financial reporting services without the demands of audit engagements.
Responsibilities- Manage and review compilation and review engagements in accordance with SSARS standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Review financial statements, disclosures, and workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior accountants.
- Manage engagement budgets, deadlines, and workflow across multiple client engagements.
- Research and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure exceptional client service and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
- CPA license preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong experience with compilations, reviews, and financial statement preparation.
