Job description

HaystackID, the leader in remote document review, is immediately seeking Review Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Control reviewers. Primary responsibilities include managing document review projects for our clients. Review Managers will oversee document review teams and ensure quality of work product for their teams.
We are also seeking Quality Control reviewers and Team Leads to support our Review Managers in overseeing their teams and assisting with providing feedback and other responsibilities.
Hourly rates are as follows:
  • Review Manager: $52/hr
  • Team Lead: $32/hr
  • Quality Control: $30/hr

Requirements
  • License Requirements: Must be a licensed attorney in any US jurisdiction and in good standing
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of review management experience preferred (otherwise can still be considered for Team Lead or QC roles); Minimum of 2 years of document review experience required.
  • Skills:Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on verbal and written client communication
  • Schedule: Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights/weekends on an as needed basis
  • Platform Experience: Prior document review experience with Relativity required
  • Technology Requirements: Windows 10 with latest updates applied or newer/ MacOS X El Capitan or newer; 4GB of RAM; 4 core CPU; Antivirus installed and updated; Physical laptop or desktop computer; High speed internet; No VPN or Proxy connections; Non-public WIFI/Secured WIFI connections; Smartphone or Mobile phone dor multi-factor authentication using Duo
  • Availability Requirements: Must be available minimum of 40 hours per week for the foreseeable future
