Job description

About Delightree
Delightree is the Franchise Operating System for modern, multi-unit brands. We help franchise organizations simplify operations and empower franchisees through a single, best-in-class platform. Training, communication, compliance, audits, tasks, and execution all live in one place so brands can scale faster, operate consistently, and gain real visibility into performance across every location.
We're at an inflection point: $4M+ ARR, growing 3x, and building the infrastructure to take the company from a 4-rep founder-led motion to a 20+ rep scalable revenue machine. We move fast, reward ownership, and are looking for operators who want to build, not just manage.
Why We're Hiring
We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the systems behind our go-to-market team. This is a hands-on builder role focused on HubSpot and the broader GTM stack across sales, marketing, and customer success.
This person will own systems architecture, integrations, automations, and tool execution to improve speed, productivity, and data accuracy across GTM. They will work closely with our Sales Ops Analyst, who owns core reporting and process support.
What You'll Do
Own the GTM Systems Architecture
  • Own HubSpot and other GTM tooling implementations (e.g., Equals, Sybill, QuotaPath)
  • Ensure CRM is the trusted system of record: clean field definitions, automation logic, time-stamps, and reporting structure
  • Design scalable data models, workflows, and integrations across systems
  • Maintain clear documentation and governance standards for all GTM tooling

Build Automation & AI-Powered Workflows
  • Identify and deploy automation across the revenue lifecycle: pipeline tracking, rep activity capture, routing, data enrichment, and reporting
  • Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual CRM updates
  • Evaluate and implement workflow automation tools including building in-house tooling

Enable Reliable Commercial Reporting
  • Own the infrastructure powering revenue dashboards
  • Ensure commercial KPIs (pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, rep activity) are accurate and accessible
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve reporting adoption across the team

Establish Systems Governance
  • Maintain data accuracy protocols and field standards
  • Lead change management for GTM tool rollouts
  • Ensure consistent process adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

What We're Looking For
Experience
  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep, hands-on experience building and maintaining HubSpot as a system of record
  • Hands-on experience supporting commission tracking, quota-setting, and territory design processes
  • Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools (Equals, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)

Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of core RevOps metrics: pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, deal cycles
  • Ability to design scalable systems and automation that improve operational efficiency
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI workflows or automation tools
  • SQL or data architecture experience
  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, or vertical SaaS businesses

Who You Are
  • Hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Operator who values clean systems, automation, and data integrity
  • Collaborative partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving instincts

What We Offer
  • $150,000-$170,000 base salary
  • $20,000-$25,000 MBO bonus
  • Equity
  • Full benefits

Requirements
  • Based in Denver, CO.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to HQ locations and industry events.
