Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations & Performance Support:
  • Support the Senior Director in monitoring and reporting on field sell-out performance across assigned retail doors and key accounts.
  • Maintain and update sales tools, weekly and monthly sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance trackers to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying sales trends, opportunities, and presenting findings to the wider team.

  • Assist in sourcing and briefing event materials, testers, sampling kits, and point-of-sale (POS) assets in collaboration with the marketing and visual merchandising teams.
  • Work with Retail Sales Managers to confirm event logistics, staffing, and on-counter requirements.
  • Manage event trackers, timelines, and post-event reporting including sell-out results and qualitative feedback.

Team Coordination & Support:
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for the Field Sales & Education team, managing communications between internal departments and external retail partners (when needed).
  • Manage team meeting scheduling and logistics including preparation of agendas and minutes.

  • Learn how field education programs are built, scheduled, and measured
  • Build confidence navigating a global, cross-functional organization
  • Get up to speed on the tools, data, systems, and ways of working that power the team

What you will achieve in 12 months:

  • Own the coordination of education and activation programs
  • Develop a sharp understanding of the North America luxury beauty retail landscape
  • Connect education investment to sell-out outcomes - thinking commercially, not just operationally
  • Harness AI tools to build smarter workflows and drive real efficiency across the team
