Your Role

The Retail Sales Operations Manager is the operational engine behind O Positiv's retail business. This position plays a leading role behind the systems, processes, and executional rigor required to scale across Mass, Drug, Club, Grocery, and Natural channels.

You will serve as the conduit between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain, ensuring that new item launches, promotions, trade investments, and in-market execution are delivered with precision and consistency.

This role reports to the Head of Retail Sales and plays a critical part in enabling account teams to focus on strategy, selling, and customer relationships while ensuring flawless execution behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes pride in building scalable processes that drive business performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support seamless execution across Sales, Finance, Operations, and broker partners,  serving as a cross-functional collaborator that keeps every stakeholder aligned from item launch through in-market performance
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to bring discipline and visibility to the promotional and trade calendar, supporting gross-to-net management through sharp trade inputs, accruals, and post-event analysis
  • Drive item setup and data integrity across all retailer portals (Walmart, Target, CVS, Meijer, and future accounts), becoming the go-to resource on retailer systems and getting ahead of issues before they impact launches or shelf readiness
  • Partner with Retail Strategy to assess velocity improvement opportunities, distribution gains, and competitor promotional uplift, helping translate data into clear recommendations that move the business forward
  • Support the broker network with clear communication of priorities, timelines, and success metrics, while keeping a close eye on in-market execution across distribution, pricing compliance, and promotional activity
  • Help keep forecast inputs sharp by partnering with Operations and Finance across promotions, distribution changes, and seasonality - and bring that same support to new item launches, pitches, and channel expansion
  • Help build the scalable processes and operating cadences that allow the organization to grow efficiently as new customers and channels come online

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in CPG sales operations, trade marketing, retail execution, or broker management
    • Hands-on experience with major retailer portals (Walmart, Target, CVS, etc.) strongly preferred
    • Experience working with syndicated data sources (SPINS, NielsenIQ) and retailer POS systems
    • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Interpersonal:
    • Highly organized operator with strong project management skills and a bias for execution
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Effective cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
    • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and drive accountability
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
    • Experience in vitamins, supplements, OTC, or personal care categories
    • Experience supporting high-growth or emerging brands scaling into national retail

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Hours and Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $135,000 - $155,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay based on prior experience
  • Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
