Sales Operations Manager Location: Earth City, MO (Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite) Overview The Sales Operations Manager leads regional Business Development Managers (BDMs) and a National Account Manager (NAM) to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and pipeline execution across 16 branches. This role ensures disciplined sales processes, accurate forecasting, CRM adoption, and seamless branch execution. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop BDMs and NAM to meet revenue and pipeline goals Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline discipline, and forecasting integrity Implement sales SOPs, opportunity handoffs, and follow-up standards Support branch readiness, customer onboarding, and eCommerce-to-field conversions Provide dashboards and performance insights to senior leadership Develop regional and national sales strategies aligned with branch operations Qualifications 5+ years in B2B sales operations or sales management Experience coaching sales teams and managing pipelines CRM and forecasting expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar) Strong Excel/PowerBI skills and cross-functional influence Preferred: Multi-branch distribution experience, eCommerce familiarity, national account exposure Physical Requirements Office environment with occasional branch visits Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Occasional evening/weekend work (<10%) Success Metrics New customer acquisition and revenue growth Pipeline coverage, win rate, and forecast accuracy eCommerce-to-field conversion and branch handoff quality.
