Role Description

The Retail Operations Manager will support the execution and performance of daily operations across multiple retail locations. This role is responsible for driving operational consistency, improving store performance, supporting field leadership, and ensuring successful execution of company initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing operational priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational execution across multiple retail store locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability
  • Monitor and manage store performance metrics including sales, activations, upgrades, accessory attachment, inventory, and operational compliance
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, performance tracking, and KPI dashboards for leadership review
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience
  • Partner with store leadership to drive accountability, improve sales execution, and maintain operational standards
  • Coordinate inventory management, staffing support, promotional rollouts, and operational initiatives across locations
  • Assist in the execution of new store launches, operational projects, and business growth initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams to support company objectives
  • Conduct operational reviews, audits, and follow-up action plans to improve performance and compliance
  • Support leadership with strategic operational planning and field execution initiatives 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Retail Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong Store Management and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing key performance metrics and operational processes
  • Leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the wireless retail industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Sugar Land, TX
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
