JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/ObjectiveAssist Operations Manager in the daily functions required to maintain market stability, including help with staff and policy management among other duties.

Essential Functions

ย 

  • Assist with daily activities that directly relate to the continual improvement of the organization.
  • Communicate with staff and assign specific duties.
  • Support Operations Manager with reviewing and creating financial, market and other reports.
  • Apply and carry out implemented departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures as set by Operations Manager.
  • Serve as a contact with the Human Resources department for various staffing issues.
  • Assist with new store openings and all aspects involved in the process leading up to opening day.
  • Work with Inventory employees to manage stock and equipment balances.
  • Collaborate with team on store merchandising.
