Job Description

TheRetail OperationsAnalyst helpssupport the planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives between the corporate office and field teams. This role partners cross-functionally to drive consistent execution, ensure alignment with business priorities, and support the successful rollout of projects, pilots, and process improvements across the field.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate retail processes (labor, inventory flow, service execution, merchandising, etc.) toidentifyinefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify operations, reduce workload friction, and improve consistency across stores
  • Document and standardize SOPs, best practices, and operational playbooks to support scalable execution
  • Partner with field leadership to pilot process changes, measure results, and support successful rollouts
  • Manage operationalprojectsend-to-end, including timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actions
  • Support demand planning, forecasting, and purchase order coordination to ensure product and materials align with operational needs
  • Serve as a cross-functional point of contact for project communication, updates, and issue resolution

Skills and Knowledge

A collaborative spirit and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish, Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience Microsoft Excel, Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills

Qualifications

  • 2-4yearsof experience in store/ retail operations, projectcoordinationor related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
