We are a leading authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless operating multiple retail locations and focused on delivering affordable wireless services with exceptional customer experience. Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will support the leadership team by analyzing operational performance across retail locations, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping implement processes that drive sales growth, efficiency, and profitability. This role combines data analysis, reporting, and operational strategy to support a growing multi-store wireless retail business.
Key Responsibilities
-Analyze store performance metrics including sales, activations, upgrades, accessory attachment, and inventory
-Build and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards
-Identify trends and operational issues and provide actionable recommendations
-Support forecasting and planning for inventory, staffing, and promotions
-Work with store leadership to improve sales performance and operational compliance
-Monitor KPIs and develop performance scorecards for store managers
-Assist in evaluating new store opportunities, operational initiatives, and process improvements
-Coordinate cross-department reporting between operations, sales, and finance
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
-2--5 years experience in operations analysis, retail analytics, or business intelligence
-Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, modeling, dashboards)
-Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
-Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
-Strong communication skills and ability to work with retail leadership teams
-Retail, telecom, or multi-unit operations experience is a plus
