If yes, we have an immediate opportunity for you to join our team as a Supervisor at Nittany MinitMarts In this role, you will supervise 6-8 stores within your designated area, playing a crucial role in fostering an environment that prioritizes community service and excellence.

At Nittany MinitMart, we are a family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in delivering quality fuels and providing top-notch service. Our 28 Nittany MinitMart locations and 7 oil offices have been serving Central and Northern Pennsylvania, making a difference in the lives of our customers.

What will you do?

  • Support the implementation of the company's strategic plans, boost sales, and uphold standards in your designated area.
  • Facilitate communication between Store Managers and the corporate office to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Nurture Team Members' growth and cultivate a pool of capable leaders.
