Job description

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming great products,
services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job
and there's no telling what you could accomplish.
Do you love thinking analytically? Are you passionate about using your knowledge to
navigate complex finance challenges? Just as our customers find value in Apple products, the
Finance group finds value for both Apple and its shareholders. As part of this group, you'll
play an integral role in ensuring our day-to-day financial health. You and your team will
support Apple's growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation
toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. You'll also collaborate
with Apple teams across the world to develop more effective investment strategies and risk
management. Finance is essential to upholding our global commitment to excellence, and it is
directly responsible for shaping the company's future. Join us, and you'll have a meaningful
role in continuing Apple's legacy of efficiency and success.
Apple is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Retail Finance team supporting worldwide
Financial Planning and Analysis. The Retail FP&A team serves as the hub for financial data
and insights within Apple Retail, partnering closely with leadership to drive the business
forward. In this role, you'll drive transformation initiatives across the team, leveraging AI
tools to modernize how we forecast, plan, and report on Retail's OpEx spend. You'll also own
critical processes including Total Retail capex consolidation and Global Retail Support (GRS)
analytics.
Description
This role will initially focus on driving transformation work within Retail FP&A, leveraging
AI and other tools to significantly reduce manual works streams and drive efficiencies within
the team, subsequently partnering with other finance teams to identify areas of opportunity
across the org where standardization and automation can drive further efficiencies. The role
would also own two critical processes: consolidation and reporting of Total Retail CapEx and
analytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity, which covers corporate
headcount and contractors. This person will build and maintain strong relationships with
business partners and establish a reliable process and cadence for capex reporting. They will
also serve as a key point of contact for GRS headcount-related questions from the business.
Additionally, this role will support the broader Retail FP&A team with forecast and close
deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with flawless attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results and increase alignment
Ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
Proven experience developing and improving processes, with desire to drive continuous improvement
Strong prioritization skills; able to navigate ambiguity, independently manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
