What is a retail advisor?

Retail Advisors are professionals who assist customers in retail stores by providing product information, answering questions, and helping them make purchasing decisions. They also handle transactions, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized. Retail Advisors play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales goals. Their expertise and friendly approach help create a positive shopping experience for customers.

What are some common challenges retail advisors face when balancing customer service with sales targets?
