This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is motivated not only by sales performance, but by building meaningful, long-term relationships with collectors and enthusiasts.
As a Sales Advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients exploring our curated collection of luxury timepieces. From the moment a client enters the boutique to the completion of their purchase and beyond, you will deliver a refined, attentive, and personalized experience that reflects the standards of a high-end watch boutique.
Our store represents some of the most respected brands in horology and carries high-value inventory. Every interaction should reflect professionalism, strong product knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail. Whether assisting a client purchasing their first watch or a seasoned collector expanding their collection, your role is to ensure every client feels welcomed, respected, and confident in their experience.
This position blends client relationship management, product expertise, and sales performance with a strong commitment to maintaining the standards of a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Experience

โ€ข Guide clients through the purchase journey with consultation, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations.

Sales & Client Relationship Management

Product Expertise

Merchandise Handling & Operational Awareness
