Job description

We are seeking a reliable Retail Administrative Assistant to support daily store operations, customer service, and office coordination. This role combines front‑of‑house retail responsibilities with administrative and scheduling tasks and offers opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store as needed in coordination with the store manager
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage voicemail; monitor and respond to customer email promptly and professionally
  • Accurately input, update and maintain customer records in the company CRM daily to support service delivery and marketing
  • Create invoices, process billing transactions, and reconcile daily sales
  • Create and schedule services as needed
  • Order store supplies, pool chemicals and equipment; monitor and maintain inventory counts.
  • Assist customers with basic product questions; escalate complex issues to management
  • Maintain and update store hours and outgoing phone messages as required
  • Support merchandising and store displays to improve product visibility and customer experience

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer‑service skills and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with point‑of‑sale systems and common office software; ability to learn CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
