Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our South Plainfield, New Jersey office. This is a crucial part-time role requiring dedication for approximately half a business day, supporting our team and ensuring a smooth, professional office environment.

Note: This position requires an immediate start and we are currently prioritizing candidates who hold H4 EAD status and are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional office environment, including common areas, conference rooms, and supply closets.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle basic document filing (physical and digital), and assist with scheduling meetings as needed.
Supply Coordination: Monitor, order, and stock office supplies, kitchen essentials, and equipment, ensuring everything is readily available.
Visitor/Call Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors; answer and direct phone calls politely and efficiently.
Basic Finance Support: Process expense reports, manage petty cash, and coordinate with the accounting department for basic invoicing support.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience (1+ years) in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
