Consumer Activation Executive
What this position is about:
The Consumer Activation Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, reporting, and performance monitoring of the retail ambassador activation program across assigned markets.
The role works closely with the Consumer Activation Manager to ensure smooth operational follow-up, KPI tracking, reporting accuracy, vendor coordination, and continuous optimization of activation performance.
The position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the ambassador program by consolidating field data, monitoring execution performance, supporting operational coordination, and helping identify optimization opportunities across markets and agency partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Consumer Activation Manager in the day-to-day coordination and operational follow-up of the retail ambassador activation program across assigned markets and agency partners.
  • Monitor, track, and consolidate ambassador program KPIs including execution performance, retailer coverage, session completion, operational compliance, and activation effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, operational trackers, and performance summaries to support business visibility and decision-making.
  • Support vendor and field performance monitoring by consolidating field feedback, identifying operational trends, highlighting execution risks, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in activation planning, market coordination, program launches, and post-activation analysis to support continuous improvement and operational optimization of the ambassador program.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Consumer Activation, Retail Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Field Marketing.
  • FMCG, Beverage, Tobacco, Telecom, Agency, Experiential Marketing, Convenience Retail, or Multi-Unit Retail Operations.
  • Fluent English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and operational coordination experience supporting multi-market programs or field operations.
  • Advanced skills in reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard management, data consolidation, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience supporting operational planning, vendor coordination, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong coordination role working closely with the Consumer Activation Manager and Field Execution Manager.
  • Frequent interaction with agencies, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
