Job description

BETA-UP CORP is seeking an experienced Cell Tower Foreman to lead our second crew in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

**This position is intended for candidates who currently live in the DFW Metroplex and can report directly to our Coppell warehouse. We are not seeking travelers or candidates planning to relocate. AT&T experience is strongly preferred.

**This is a working Foreman position. Candidates must be willing to climb and work alongside their crew while managing daily operations and project execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a 3–4 person tower crew
  • Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
  • Ensure compliance with 100% tie-off and all safety requirements
  • Read and understand construction drawings, SOWs, and RFDS packages
  • Install, remove, and troubleshoot:
    • Antennas
    • Radios (Ericsson preferred)
    • Fiber and DC power
    • RF jumpers
    • TMAs and RET systems
    • Mount modifications
    • Sector frames
  • Complete site documentation and closeout photos
  • Coordinate with project managers and customers
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Travel throughout Texas as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of wireless telecommunications experience
  • Minimum 1 year of foreman or crew lead experience
  • AT&T experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to climb towers, monopoles, rooftops, water tanks stealth towers and other none-standard towers.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 500 feet
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • NWSA TTT-1
  • First Aid/CPR certified preferred
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
