Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.

AT&T has an opening for a Network Engineer to support our operations by providing system, server, and network administration support across multi-level IT environments.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide system/server and network administration support
  • Provide O&M support to existing server-based solutions including, but not limited to, CITRIX, ESRI, McAfee, Microsoft Red Hat, and SolarWinds.
  • Ensure the CDS-based and enterprise-wide networking devices and components are tested, implemented and maintained within optimal and required configurations to continue to provide the most secure operating environment possible.
  • Responsible for variety of engineering and operational related assignments associated with deployed operational solutions backed by Cisco and SolarWinds on multi-level IT system in support of the Activities Information System.
  • Provide O&M support - testing, validation, sustainment, upgrading and decommissioning as it relates to networking devices to include: Switches, routers, firewalls, encryption devices, copper and fiber-based connectivity.

Required Clearance:

TS/SCI or Secret clearance (#tssci) (#secret)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study, 8 years of relevant experience
  • Network+ or relevant certification
