  • Review device certification artifacts and support readiness activities across initial releases, maintenance releases, and partner submissions.
  • Help improve certification workflows by identifying process gaps, supporting automation, and contributing to AI-enabled/self-service certification initiatives.
  • Build technical depth in wireless device technologies, Android device software, IoT modules/devices, LTE/5G capabilities, and AT&T certification processes.

What you'll need

  • Foundational understanding of wireless communication concepts, including LTE/5G, Android devices, IoT modules/devices, or related mobile technologies.
  • Ability to coordinate technical work across multiple stakeholders, including OEM partners, internal teams, labs, and vendors.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize status, risks, issues, and decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Interest in learning AT&T device certification, Technical Acceptance, partner onboarding, and wireless delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with tools used for requirements, issue tracking, project coordination, or reporting, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, dashboards, or similar platforms.

What you'll bring

  • 1+ years of experience in product development, product engineering, network engineering, wireless technology, IoT, Android device programs, or a related technical role.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional technical delivery, certification, testing, quality readiness, or partner/vendor coordination.
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask effective technical questions, and grow into a subject matter expert in device technology and certification.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities and timelines.
