Role: Network Data CCNP
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ Months



BGV will be done for the selected candidates.



MUST HOLD A CCNP CERTIFICATION and also share the certificate copy.


Deploy & troubleshoot Cisco Routers, Switches, Optical network devices



Add & manage new devices discovered in Network Management systems



Handle escalations and troubleshoot problems



Handle deployment functions as requested



Manage and oversee shift handover process



Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.



Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation



Perform change management in accordance with change management procedures



Perform capacity and performance management and report whenever exception is reported and takes remedial action



Troubleshooting Hardware and IOS related issue



Monitor and maintain SLA



Good knowledge for Network management software



Experience in vendor co-ordination



Hands on experience on upgrading IOS on network devices



Experience in using network sniffers & diagnosing network related issues



Experience in ITIL processes management



Excellent communication skills
