Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • Senior-level hands-on experience with Python
  • Proven delivery of stateful workflow orchestration using Temporal, ORCA, or similar tools
  • Extensive experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Temporal, GitHub Actions HCL)
  • Strong operational automation background with Ansible
  • Deep familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN and SD-Branch technologies
  • Experience designing and automating zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) solutions
  • Experience with IPAM-driven architectures and Branch intent modeling
  • Ability to deliver independently in complex enterprise environments

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience integrating Nautobot as a source of truth for networking and automation
  • Familiarity with workflow instrumentation and telemetry tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Experience exposing automation capabilities via APIs, e.g., using Apigee
  • Strong exposure to AI-assisted engineering or AI-driven automation workflows

What You Will Be Doing
  • Transforming existing SD-Branch implementations into a unified Branch architecture
  • Designing and implementing plug-and-play Branch deployment models with zero-touch provisioning
  • Building stateful orchestration workflows with workflow engines (Temporal/ORCA)
  • Integrating Nautobot for authoritative source of truth on Branch intent, IPAM, and topology
  • Establishing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Implementing Infrastructure as Code for branch automation
  • Executing and maintaining automated operational tasks using Ansible
  • Automating configuration, lifecycle management, validation, and remediation for Branch environments
  • Exposing automation capabilities via APIs and ensuring observability with Grafana/Prometheus
  • Delivering measurable reductions in Branch deployment time and operational effort for Technology teams
