CUCM Engineer

The Opportunity:

Reliable, secure communications are essential to mission success, but how can an organization ensure its voice, video, and collaboration infrastructure will support both current operations and evolving mission requirements? Designing, integrating, and sustaining enterprise collaboration solutions requires a combination of technical expertise and careful planning. That's why we need you, a Unified Communications Engineer who can develop, deploy, and support the collaboration capabilities the Navy depends on.

As a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer on our team, you'll use your expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Voice over IP (VoIP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), voice gateways, dial plans, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), and collaboration applications such as Cisco Jabber, Webex, and Microsoft Teams to support mission-critical communications. You will configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco voice, video, and conferencing solutions while ensuring secure, reliable, and highly available collaboration services.

You'll apply your knowledge of Cisco collaboration technologies, voice and video endpoints, conferencing platforms, enterprise networking, virtualization, and IP communications to help deploy and sustain secure collaboration capabilities across classified environments.
