Our team is dedicated to supporting warfighter readiness through innovation, technical excellence, and operational integrity.

Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) is seeking an experienced Voice Systems Administrator to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System (Falconer Program). This position provides technical support for VoIP/VoSIP devices and plays a key role in maintaining and administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside support, placement, and basic troubleshooting for VoIP/VoSIP devices.
  • Submit service tickets and elevate incidents/requests as needed.
  • Coordinate with provisioning authorities during installation of new VoIP/VoSIP devices.
  • Install new software releases, system upgrades, patches, and resolve software‑related issues affecting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM).
  • Perform system backups and recovery; maintain system data files and configurations to ensure data integrity.
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot client endpoints within UCM, including software‑defined and physical device configurations.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability.
  • Apply established concepts, processes, and procedures to assigned tasks under general supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience with Cisco Call Manager.
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) certification preferred.
  • 6-10 years of overall systems administration experience.
  • Experience supporting secure voice systems (VoIP/VoSIP) in enterprise or government environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work within a team environment.
