Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3/L4 support for Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity, CER)
  • Design dial plans, call routing, and high availability architectures
  • Manage Oracle SBC, SIP trunking, and Teams Direct Routing integrations
  • Lead P1/P0 incident response, RCA, and long-term remediation
  • Drive upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure HA/DR readiness, failover validation, and resiliency design
  • Perform SIP ladder analysis, call flow troubleshooting, QoS diagnostics
  • Enforce CAB, ITIL governance, and compliance requirements
  • Enable automation through Python, Ansible, Power Platform
  • Mentor engineers and support operational maturity initiatives

Must-Have Skills:

  • Cisco UC (CUCM, Unity), SIP, Oracle SBC, Teams Direct Routing
  • VoIP fundamentals: RTP/SRTP, QoS, codecs, SIP call flow analysis
  • Strong incident management and troubleshooting expertise (P1/P0)
  • TLS/SRTP, certificate lifecycle, SSO integrations
  • ITIL, CAB governance, regulated banking environment experience
  • Automation exposure: Python, YAML, Ansible, Power Platform
