Job Description

This position is responsible for lifecycle and steady-state support for all aspects of the corporate network, with a focus on our Unified Communications infrastructure to include Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection voicemail, Unified Call Center Express (UCCX), conferencing systems integration to include WebEx and Microsoft Teams, Cisco Voice gateways and routers, Expressway, Jabber, WebEx Calling, Cisco Emergency Responder, and xMedius faxing. Will work diligently to ensure end user, network, and telecommunications support. In addition, the Network Administrator - UC Admin II will coordinate efforts with other administrators, specialists, and engineers as needed.

Qualifications Job Description

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in Network and System Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting and provisioning users with CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication Manager), CUC (Cisco Unity Connection), Cisco CUBE, CUCCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express)
  • Must have working knowledge of IP networking: LAN/WAN, VoIP, routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs with hands-on experience in the following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  • Experience with the following telephony protocols or circuits: SIP, SCCP, MGCP, PRI, and H.323
  • Strong understanding of cloud telephony including UCaaS and CCaaS


Preferred:

  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
