Job Summary

This individual serves as the primary representative of the sector for the designated region within their operating division. They will successfully coordinate and directs all activities within the assigned region through subordinate managers and directors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares regional budget and overall P&L accountability for assigned region
  • Ensures quality control systems are documented
  • Assures highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans
  • Maintains direct contact with client to ensure strong relationships are maintained
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit facilitiy management, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in successfully managing P&L budgets
  • Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
