Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic leaders to join our team in the position ofRestaurant Directorat Chick-fil-A 75 and Campbell location.

This is a "hands on" management opportunity that is designed to provide you a career in the most highly esteemed and popular restaurant chain in the nation.The work schedule for this position varies to include opening, mid-day and closing shifts. Scheduled shifts will be between the hours of 5:30am - 11:00pm Monday - Saturday, and open availability is required, we are always closed on Sunday's.

This is not an entry level management position. It is a caliber position and requires previous experience with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of multiple direct reports to success in a high volume, fast paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading several direct reports, be a team player, have a positive attitude, innovate change to support business growth, provide world class hospitality with unmatched customer service, be professional in their appearance, communication and demeaner, and be a servant leader to those they supervise.

Restaurant Director Job responsibilities include:

*Provide operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant

*Build a high-performance team and develop them with coaching, training and accountability and leading by example

*Improve restaurant results with effective communication, attending and/or leading meetings, and setting collaborative goals

*Develop a culture of care, growth, ownership, stewardship, and a heart of service for others within the team

*Execute and communicate the vision, mission, and purpose of the restaurant on a daily basis with the team

*Commitment to ongoing personal growth and development by creating a personal development plan

*Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and create a positive work environment for everyone

*Maintain a work environment that ensures the highest level of food safety and cleanliness standards for our team and guests

*Write and execute a strategic business plan for your specific responsibilities in the restaurant and execute it throughout the year

*Be self-directed, highly organized, have good time management skills and master all knowledge and skills of every position

Restaurant Director Job requirements include:

*You must be hard working, team oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.

*Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required

*Be authorized to work in the United States

*Be at least 18 years old

* Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

*College degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience

*Be available to work rotating shifts and on Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
