We are looking for passionate and skilled Kitchen Chefs to join our growing team. As a Kitchen Chef at IPOT.FOOD, you will play a vital role in food preparation, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. This is a flexible position, perfect for chefs who are passionate about Asian cuisine and enjoy working in a lively, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present hotpot and BBQ menu items consistently according to recipes and standards
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and inventory management
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all food products
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Contribute to menu innovation and development as needed
  • Monitor kitchen operations and assist with training and guiding junior staff
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role (hotpot/BBQ experience is a plus!)
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and culinary techniques
