Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Program Manager, Digital Transformation Office The Program Manager, Digital Transformation Office (DTO) plays a crucial role in Arcwood's digital transformation roadmap, overseeing complex, cross-functional technical projects and overarching programs for the DTO. The DTO Program Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between IT/Digital and business goals by driving planning, execution, and delivery from concept to launch, managing risks, resources, and communication, and supporting the establishment and execution of scalable processes within the DTO framework to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Location: This position is based in our Indianapolis corporate office, we offer a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
They define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements, acting as a central communication hub to resolve blockers, track progress, and ensure high-quality outcomes for business-driven digital/technology initiatives.
  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Leads program planning by defining project scope, objectives, resources and timelines; assesses readiness of incoming requests and develops detailed schedules and roadmaps
  • Drives project execution, manages cross-functional dependencies, leads brainstorming and ensures delivery against technical and business goals
  • Identifies, assesses and mitigates technical and operational risks; resolves issues through analyses and collaboration; creates mitigation plans
  • Serves as a communication hub, ensuring timely updates for all stakeholders (executives, technology teams, partners) and translates technical details for non-technical audiences
  • Contributes to and maintains DTO standards, tools and processes; improves system operations by introducing new technologies and methodologies
  • Maintains technical oversight by applying technical domain knowledge to ensure quality and alignment with goals
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field; or 5 years of relevant professional expereince
- Master's degree (preferred)
- PMP, PgMP and/or Scrum Master certifications (preferred)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise project or program management within a DTO, IT PMO or EPMO organization (required)
  • Experience leading multiple enterprise projects running in parallel with varying levels of complexity (required)
  • Experience in an Agile development environment (preferred)
  • Experience in Enterprise Roadmap development and/or an understanding of Business Strategy concepts (preferred)
  • Experience working in private-equity or a high-growth environment (preferred)
  • Experience participating in M&A IT programs (preferred)
