Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources at Atilar Pharma. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
  • Overseeing the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Managing performance appraisal and performance management processes
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Managing the HRIS system and ensuring accurate and timely HR data entry and reporting
  • Participating in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans and objective
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
