What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That's why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.

Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

You will use your knowledge of the security landscape to open opportunities and build key partner relationships with resellers at the regional level.

This role will work closely with senior sales leaders and other stakeholders on the revenue team to determine the actions necessary to identify opportunities for new routes to market to increase both revenue and the company's market presence. You will work to identify value creation opportunities, shape and align implementation and support the reseller's execution and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners (VARs, IT providers, etc) across LATAM in the following countries and regions: Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Central America / Caribbean, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Brazil who buy through distribution, then provide them with the necessary training and support to effectively sell our solutions
  • Drive reseller growth through Huntress distribution relationships, working hand-in-hand with distribution partners to co-sell, co-market, and accelerate pipeline
  • Create a strategic plan to maximize sales through the reseller channel, including defining sales targets, incentives, and marketing initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at reseller & distribution companies, ensuring they are actively promoting our products and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Provide resellers with the tools, resources, and ongoing training necessary to effectively present and sell our products to their customers
  • Oversee the process of registering sales opportunities with resellers to ensure proper attribution and margin allocation
  • Track reseller sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching to maximize their sales potential
  • Work with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and materials to generate leads and support reseller sales efforts
  • Represent Huntress at industry events, partner days, and other related conferences

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 7+ years of experience in a partner alliance or reseller sales role
  • Located in Eastern Standard time zone, preferably in the Miami, FL region
  • Spanish speaking primarily with Portuguese fluency preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including different product categories, technical capabilities, and industry trends
  • Proven experience managing and developing reseller networks, including an understanding of partner dynamics and incentive structures
  • Experience with Distribution, both supporting MSP/Microsoft licensing and traditional resell routes to market, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to establish strong rapport with key decision makers at reseller companies and foster long-term partnerships
