The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) is a division within the Family and Social Services Administration, which receives around 18 percent of the state's budget to ensure vital health care coverage to approximately 1 in 4 Hoosiers. Role Overview:
In this role, Quality Reporting Analyst, you will develop and complete multiple support tools provided to state staff and key stakeholders. Your role works closely with the management staff in assessing approximately 300 monthly, quarterly, and annual reports submitted by the four Managed Care Entities (MCEs) contracted with the state to provide healthcare services through the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Care Connect (HCC) and Hoosier Healthwise programs. You will review and ensure quality and contract compliance by reviewing of the required reporting, review and revision of reporting manuals, and development of operational dashboards. Your role will collaborate to review and revise the MCE reporting manuals, ensuring continued accurate reporting by the MCEs based on updates to Medicaid policy and procedures, new contracts, and annual contract amendments. You will serve a critical role in providing in depth analysis of data reports and various other tools submitted by the MCEs to ensure quality and contract compliance.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
