Quality Report Analyst

Job Description

Quality Report Analyst performs tasks to develop, implement, and support computerized systems and applications throughout the Health System. Interprets report and analytics requests from end-users and designs reports/dashboards that provide data to meet complex business needs. Prioritizes report/analytics request workload. Maintains a general understanding of application systems for the organization. May manage other small to medium projects as needed.

Requirement: Associate's degree

Responsibilities

Adheres to established coding style and documentation of coding procedures., Analyzes requests from customers and suggest improvements or efficienceis. Analyzes requests and prioritizes accordingly., Encourages and openly shares knowledge and information for all applications assigned. Maintains working knowledge of Cerner CCL, Cerner EDW, IBM, Supermart, and Tableaur Business Intelligence., Interacts with customers, end users, core teams, management, IS staff, vendors, and others to actively engage all parties seeking the best approach to resolving problems and system issues., Performs strategic data analysis (data mining) and research as appropriate to support business needs (e.g. disease management, provider profiling, etc), Regarding existing systems, will monitor performance levels and provide necessary troubleshooting support through coding, testing/debugging, documenting, modifying, and follow-up to maintain adequate levels of user performance.
