JOB SUMMARY
The Reporting & Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering meaningful data and performance reporting to support operational effectiveness and informed decision-making. This position is responsible for transforming raw data into reliable reports, dashboards, and insights, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, build, and maintain standard and customized reports for leadership and functional teams
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems to create clear, actionable dashboards and summaries
  • Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies through regular audits and quality checks
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend data solutions
  • Perform trend analysis and provide insights to support process improvements and business outcomes
  • Maintain documentation for data sources, report logic, and reporting standards
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and time-sensitive analyses
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining and automating reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and security guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish/Creole a plus.
