Summary  
The Field Replenishment Analyst (FRA) owns the inventory performance of LiftOne's mobile and remote parts network — including technician vans, field lockers, and customer consignment locations. You'll use data to keep the right parts in the right place, so our technicians can fix equipment on the first trip and our customers stay up and running. 
  
  • Manage replenishment planning for approximately 200 field technicians across the LiftOne regional network including conducting reviews with technicians directly on a regular basis 
  • Optimize van stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment schedules using historical data and SAP S/4HANA tool suites 
  • Monitor field locker and consignment location performance and recommend stocking adjustments 
  • Participate in van inventory audits, identifying and addressing slow-moving, excess, and dead stock 
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve replenishment issues and support sourcing initiatives 
  • Track and report KPIs through dashboards and scorecards, driving continuous improvement 
  • Identify supply risks — including seasonality, lead time changes, and inventory leakage — and take proactive action 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or a related analytical role 
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI (or similar tools) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail 
  • Clear communicator — comfortable working with field technicians and corporate teams alike 
  • Familiarity with field service or equipment maintenance operations is a plus 
  • Former experience within a technician space and/or parts management with exposure to high volume transaction environments is a plus.
