We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the repair process for vehicles, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of auto body repair, and the ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, estimators, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed repair plans for each vehicle, including time frames, parts, and labor requirements.
• Coordinate with auto body technicians and estimators to ensure accurate and efficient work flow.
• Review repair estimates and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Order and track necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
• Manage repair documentation and maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Collaborate with insurance companies as needed to ensure claims are processed smoothly.
